[The lovely thing about being a member of the Searing Wind and a Keeper of the Vigil that happened to be a native of the country she was visiting was that nobody asked questions when one DID choose to come around. It helped, of course, that she happened to be the Wolf's first daughter.
Tala Vega makes it a big point to be nice, polite and chipper as she does the rounds, and occasionally asks so-and-so if they would happen to know where Yulia Bostova is. It's not that she doesn't already know: it's that people always get a little freaked by the fact that with a single glance or a tug to the web that she has spun around every single person she's met for herself using her powers, she knows everything that she has to know about you, including where you happen to be.
It's good, sometimes, to play at being human.
Once she is done unnecessarily confirming what she already knew, she's off, zoning in on her target of the moment.]
[ She's alone when Tala reaches her, outside one of the training halls and smoking. Up until a few minutes ago, she was enjoying the company of the handful of people she usually sparred with, and then they started to move away one by one. Word spreads around at Kibo fast-- Tala Vega is around, and Yulia had that sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach that she's there for her.
That last shopping trip is still embedded in her mind. It wasn't a horrible experience (she could list down a few things that are far worse), but it was... definitely overwhelming, and partly confusing. Still. It was a learning experience, and she did pick up a thing or two during that trip that was very helpful with the division she'd chosen in Zangyaku.
She just isn't sure why exactly Tala is headed right for her, though. ]
[ That, she can agree with, definitely. And they're close to her quarters now, at least. ]
Here. [ She opens the door to her room. It's a tidy space, decorated sparingly. Leaving the bags by a low table now; she'll go fetch some glasses for the sake.] Make yourself at home.

May I help you, Sister?

[Plopping right down beside you, Yulia.
You may notice that she has a fuckload of shopping bags.]
Settling well into Kibo, huh?
no subject
I am, yes. [ She smiles, offers Tala a cigarette from her pack. And wow, Tala. You and your shopping.
She nods to the bags. ] Shouldn't you have left those in your car?
no subject
[Taking that, and lighting up. Then lifting an eyebrow at that next statement.]
I WOULD, if they were for me. I got all of this for you~
no subject
For... me?
no subject
[And, gasp! She actually means it. You've changed: she likes this. Maybe she will tell you that someday.]
no subject
What for, though? I did not ask for any of these. [ But she is curious-- what did Tala get her...?
And where is she going to put all of those--]no subject
[:D]
no subject
Just let her let that sink in for a moment. ]
Thank you.
[ She might be trying not to blush because wow. ]
no subject
[Like now, how she is also bringing out a bottle of fine sake.]
Sorry, I couldn't get glasses.
no subject
[ Yes, that is an invitation. ]
no subject
[Already standing up, and bringing that bottle for the both of you. Also sweeping up two of the bags like an expert.]
Can you take the others? [Chuckles.] We can look through them together, if you like! Always fun to do something like that with booze.

[ The eyeroll is very affectionate, if her smile doesn't give it away. She takes most of the bags and leads the way to her quarters. ]
no subject
Following along, looking around.]
You know, Kibo's quite nice for a Zangyaku base.
no subject
[ A nod. She doesn't follow it up; she's already told Tala how she liked Kibo over Falner. ]
no subject
Kibo used to be located in Makati. You're familiar with the Rockwell area, right?
no subject
[ Though she kniws Kaz and Brianna do. ]
...Kibo used to be there? [ She... couldn't really imagine that. ]
no subject
[Then, oh-so-casually:]
That was the base that ended up collapsing on August 18, because of the Methuselah's ruling.
no subject
[ It's... a little unnerving, the way Tala says it. Then again, if August 18 didn't happen, Netsach probably wouldn't even be around. ]
no subject
[Rolling her eyes now. Sigh, people.]
Anyway, drinks! This sort of stuff is better with drinks!

[Beaming at you now, as she plops down at your windowsill. This room is so Yulia Bostova. It's cute.]
Wanna rifle through the stuff I got you over booze, or should I leave you to do that at your leisure?
no subject
[ She comes back with two shot glasses, hands one to Tala. And she'll do the pouring; she'd be a horrible host if she didn't. ]
I do not mind if we go through it now.
no subject
Yay!
[And now the clothes are... well. Pulling themselves out of the bag and neatly laying themselves out for display. It pays having awesome powers.]
